Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The order cannot be fulfilled by AnviDex Global Projects.
A return request has been approved in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Opened or used waterproofing chemicals.
Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
Custom-made or special-order products.
Products returned without prior approval.
Products returned after the allowed return period.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated.
You will receive confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

The actual credit may depend on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

5. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

The refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

6. Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers should follow our Return Policy after delivery if the product is eligible for return.

7. Replacement Instead of Refund

In certain cases, AnviDex Global Projects may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on:

Nature of the issue
Customer preference
