Return Policy

At AnviDex Global Projects, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned:

• Opened or used waterproofing chemicals.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage.

• Custom-made or special-order products.

• Products without the original invoice or proof of purchase.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our support team within 10 days of delivery.

2. Share your Order ID, invoice, and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

5. Return Shipping Cost

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping is free.

• If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Inspection

After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If it meets the return conditions, the return will be accepted and the refund or replacement process will begin.

7. Replacement

Where possible, we will provide a replacement product instead of a refund if the customer prefers.
